Our priority is the health and safety of our employees and of the communities we serve, including our customers.

Information on the impact on our customers
Paradigm continues to deliver all services as required to our customers in Saskatchewan and Manitoba. We continue to cooperate with all requirements of our customers for our consultants on site and off.
How employees are being protected through social distancing
Paradigm has implemented a set of guidelines and protocols to protect the health and well-being of our team. Our guidelines have been designed to protect all Paradigmers, and simultaneously respect and support the policies our clients have implemented. They are:
- Travel restrictions: all business related travel has been postponed
- Behavioural guidelines; comprehensive guidance provided with web links for additional information
- Most staff meetings have been moved to virtual. Where in-person meetings are held, PPE protocols have been implemented with self check-in at the front entrance and social distancing guidelines implemented and enforced
- Staff events have been postponed until safe to do so. We have encouraged all staff to follow public health advice related to self-monitoring and self-isolation.
How customer service will be affected
Paradigm has implemented a thorough business continuity plan to ensure that all essential services continue to support that we live our Mission of “Helping customers get the most from their investment in business processes and information technology”.
We have increased the availability of teleconference lines and videoconferencing services. We have also implemented a full-scale use of Microsoft Teams. IT infrastructure services have been migrated to the cloud to reduce reliance on in-house IT services.
All support staff are available to meet all customer service requirements whether working from home or in the office.
How are our office hours impacted
Paradigm has closed the corporate offices in Regina and Winnipeg. Paradigm Leadership are reviewing the situation and will adjust our plans when advised by public health authorities that it is safe to do so.
